Kusnacht, September 21, 2011. The board of directors of Goldbach Group has appointed Stephan Bergamin (1966) new Group CFO. He will take over as successor to Mario Hrastnig as from 1 January 2012 and simultaneously be appointed member of the Executive Committee (management).
Stephan Bergamin has a broad base of finance and project experience. After obtaining his doctorate as Dr. oec. HSG his work included participation in M&A projects at Credit Suisse and the positions of Head of Controlling as well as CFO in companies of the SAir Group, responsible for implementing growth projects. He worked as both CFO and member of management with the Steiner Group, including playing a key role in M&A activities and the attainment of capital market capability. Until now he was CFO and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management of Cofely Schweiz (formerly Axima).
